What to Expect from bullseye carpet cleaning

• All of our professional cleaning services begin with a proper pre-inspection. Our technician will inspect the construction and condition of your carpet, tile or furniture (depending on what you need to have cleaned).
• Before the cleaning process takes place, we will address any concerns you have with spots or problem areas.
• For carpet and upholstery cleanings, all areas will be pre-treated with special emphasis on spots and spills. This will emulsify the soil and prepare for cleaning.
• If necessary, agitation will be performed on carpets with a machine or by hand (depending on carpet type and soil levels) to further loosen traffic area soil.
• For carpet and tile cleanings, we will move furniture, including light sofas, tables and chairs. After cleaning under these items, each piece will be placed back in its original position and styrofoam blocks if necessary. Beds, dressers, and heavier pieces are left in place under our regular pricing structure, but these items can be moved upon your request at an additional cost.
• For carpet cleaning, we use our truck-mounted hot water extraction on carpets to flush the dirt and soil out. Pressure is regulated so that the carpet is not too wet. Hot water is kept between 180 and 220 degrees, which aids in sanitation, dust mite removal, and drying.
• If difficult spots remain, our technician will use one or more of our many specialty spot removal products to attempt removal.
• Depending on the style of carpets, we may use speed dryers to promote faster carpet drying and carpet grooming so fibers are in the best position for drying.
